باستخدام شُغل فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل.
طبيعة الخدمة
شُغل سوق وتغذية اجتماعية لنشر الشغل والتقديم كمزوّد والدردشة والمساعدة العاجلة والتقييم. شُغل ليست صاحب عمل ولا متعاقداً ولا ضامناً. اتفاق الشغل يتم بين المستخدمين. أي بالغ مسجّل يمكنه النشر ونشر إعلانات شغل؛ ملف العامل مطلوب فقط عند التقديم كمزوّد.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تنشر محتوى غير قانوني أو احتيالياً أو كارهاً أو جنسياً يتعلّق بقاصرين، ولا تضايق أو تنتحل أو تسحب البيانات آلياً أو ترفع برمجيات خبيثة. قد نزيل محتوى أو نعطّل حسابات بعد بلاغ أو مراجعة إشرافية.
المحتوى والمسؤولية
تحتفظ بملكية ما تنشره وتمنح شُغل رخصة لعرضه داخل الخدمة. شُغل لا تشرف على الشغل الميداني ولا على المدفوعات بين المستخدمين. الخدمة تُقدَّم كما هي، في حدود القانون.

By using Shughl you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
The service
Shughl is a marketplace and social feed for posting work, applying as a provider, chat, urgent help, and reviews. Shughl is not the employer, contractor, or guarantor. Work arrangements are between users. Any registered adult may post on the feed and post jobs; a worker profile is required only to apply as a provider.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or sexual-involving-minors content; do not harass, impersonate, scrape, or upload malware. We may remove content or disable accounts after a report or moderation review.
Content and liability
You keep ownership of what you post and grant Shughl a licence to display it in the service. Shughl does not supervise on-site work or payments between users. The service is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law.
