About Shughl

شُغل منصة محلية للشغل اليدوي والخدمات: بناء، تمديدات، صيانة، مقاولات، نقل، وغيرها. الهدف أن يجد صاحب الشغل عاملاً مناسباً بسرعة، وأن يجد العامل فرصاً حقيقية حسب مهنته وموقعه.

Shughl is a local marketplace for trades and services: construction, installations, maintenance, contracting, transport, and more. People who need work done find the right provider faster, and workers find real jobs near them.

شاهد أعمال الناس، ضع إعجاباً، اكتب تعليقاً، وشارك ما أنجزته ليبني اسمك.

See people’s work, like and comment, and share what you finished to build your name.

إعلانات الشغل Job listings

مدة التنفيذ، معاينة ميدانية، طريقة الدفع، عدد العمّال، والموقع والميزانية في بطاقة واضحة.

Duration, site inspection, payment method, crew size, location, and budget on one card.

مساعدة عاجلة Urgent help

اطلب عاملاً قريباً خلال دقائق لمشكلة قصيرة: تسريب، قفل، عطل مفاجئ.

Ask a nearby worker in minutes for a short problem: a leak, a lock, a sudden breakdown.

محادثات وصوت وموقع Chat, voice, location

اتفق على التفاصيل داخل التطبيق: رسالة، تسجيل صوتي، أو إرسال موقعك على الخريطة.

Agree on details in the app: text, a voice note, or your pin on the map.

صفحتك ومؤشر الشغل Profile and SI

أظهر أنك متاح، تابع أعمالك المكتملة والإعجابات، وابنِ ثقة عبر مؤشر الشغل (SI).

Show that you are available, track completed jobs and likes, and build trust with the SI score.

خصوصية وتحكّم Privacy and control

الهاتف اختياري عند التسجيل، ويمكن حذف الحساب من الإعدادات أو من هذا الموقع.

Phone is optional at signup, and you can delete your account from Settings or this website.

How to use

إذا كنت تحتاج شغلاً

If you need work done

  1. أنشئ حساباً (بريد وكلمة مرور، والهاتف مفضّل للتواصل).
  2. Create an account (email and password; a phone number helps for work).
  3. من تبويب العمل انشر طلب شغل: الصور، المدة، الميزانية، وعدد العمّال.
  4. From the Jobs tab, post what you need: photos, duration, budget, and crew size.
  5. راجع المتقدمين وتواصل معهم من الرسائل قبل الاتفاق.
  6. Review applicants and chat before you agree.
  7. للحالات السريعة استخدم «طلب مساعدة عاجلة» واختر المجال الأقرب.
  8. For short emergencies use Urgent Help and pick the closest trade.

إذا كنت عاملاً أو مقدّم خدمة

If you are a worker

  1. أنشئ حساباً واختر من 1 إلى 10 مهن من أي قسم.
  2. Create an account and pick 1 to 10 professions from any section.
  3. فعّل «أنا متاح للعمل» من صفحتك حتى يظهر لمن يبحث عنك.
  4. Turn on “Available for work” on your profile so people can find you.
  5. تصفّح الرئيسية وإعلانات الشغل، وقدّم على ما يناسبك.
  6. Browse the feed and job listings, then apply to what fits you.
  7. رد على المساعدة العاجلة القريبة، وشارك موقعك من المحادثة عند الحاجة.
  8. Answer nearby urgent requests, and share your location in chat when needed.

قائمة الرسائل في شُغل
الرسائل Messages كل محادثاتك في قائمة واحدة. ابدأ محادثة جديدة أو افتح آخر رسالة مع العامل أو صاحب الشغل. All conversations in one list. Start a new chat or open the latest thread.
محادثة داخل شُغل
المحادثة Chat نص، رسالة صوتية، وإرسال موقعك. اتفق على التفاصيل قبل النزول للموقع. Text, voice notes, and your location pin. Agree on details before you go on site.
تفاصيل إعلان شغل
تفاصيل الشغل Job details ملخص واضح: المدة، المعاينة، الدفع، عدد العمّال المقبولين، المكان، والميزانية التقديرية. A clear summary: duration, inspection, payment, accepted workers, place, and budget.
نموذج طلب مساعدة عاجلة
مساعدة عاجلة Urgent help اختر المجال، اشرح المشكلة، حدّد كيف يصل العامل، وأرسل موقعك الحالي. Pick a trade, describe the problem, explain access, and send your current location.

FAQ

هل التطبيق مجاني؟Is the app free?

إنشاء الحساب واستخدام الشغل والرسائل والمساعدة العاجلة متاح للمستخدمين. قد تظهر لاحقاً خدمات اختيارية مدفوعة مثل الإعلانات المموّلة.

Creating an account and using jobs, chat, and urgent help is available to users. Optional paid extras such as sponsored ads may appear later.

من يمكنه التسجيل؟Who can sign up?

شُغل للبالغين فقط: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل.

Shughl is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old.

كم مهنة يمكنني اختيارها؟How many professions can I pick?

من 1 إلى 10 مهن من أي قسم. إذا كانت خبرتك أوسع من ذلك، اختر تخصص مقاولات يناسبك.

From 1 to 10 professions in any section. If your experience is broader, pick a contracting specialty that fits you.

كيف أحذف حسابي؟How do I delete my account?

من إعدادات التطبيق، أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب على هذا الموقع.
