سياسة الخصوصية — شُغل
شُغل منصة تربط من يحتاج إنجاز شغل مع العمّال ومقدّمي الخدمات. هذه السياسة تطابق طريقة عمل التطبيق وواجهة البرمجة حالياً. شُغل للبالغين فقط: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل.
البيانات التي نجمعها
الاسم، الهاتف، البريد، كلمة مرور مشفّرة، تاريخ الميلاد، الدولة والمدينة والإحداثيات عند التسجيل، وصورة الملف والغلاف اختيارياً. إن فعّلت ملف العامل: المهن، نبذة العمل، سنوات الخبرة، المهارات، والشهادات. إن سجّلت عبر Google: البريد والاسم والصورة من ذلك الحساب.
كذلك نجمع المحتوى الذي تنشئه: المنشورات (نص وصور وفيديو)، إعلانات الشغل وطلبات التقديم، المساعدة العاجلة، الدردشة (بما فيها الصور والصوت وموقع تشاركه)، التقييمات، البلاغات، والحظر والكتم. للإشعارات نخزّن رمز Firebase Cloud Messaging. سجلات الخادم قد تتضمن عنوان IP لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها.
الاستخدام والمشاركة
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الحساب، وعرض الملف العام حسب إعداداتك، ومطابقة الشغل والمساعدة العاجلة، والإشعارات، والإشراف على البلاغات. لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها مع الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات ومع Google (تسجيل الدخول وFirebase Cloud Messaging) وفق تعليماتنا، أو إذا فرض القانون ذلك.
الموقع والوسائط
الموقع يُستخدم فقط أثناء فتح التطبيق: عند التسجيل، إذا شاركت موقعاً في الدردشة، ولمطابقة المساعدة العاجلة. لا نتتبّعك في الخلفية. الكاميرا عند التقاط صورة؛ مكتبة الصور فقط للملفات التي تختارها عبر منتقي النظام؛ الميكروفون لتسجيل رسالة صوتية.
الحذف والحقوق
يمكنك تحديث ملفك وحذف (تعطيل) حسابك من الإعدادات. لطلب الحذف من الويب راجع صفحة حذف الحساب. قد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة للأمان أو القانون. للتواصل استخدم واتساب +972 56 995 7891 أو نموذج الرسائل.
Privacy Policy — Shughl
Shughl is a marketplace connecting people who need work done with workers and service providers. This policy matches how the app and API work today. Shughl is for adults only: you must be at least 18 years old.
Data we collect
Name, phone, email, hashed password, date of birth, country/city and coordinates at registration, and optional profile/cover photos. If you enable a worker profile: professions, work bio, years of experience, skills, and certificates. If you use Sign in with Google: that account’s email, name, and photo.
We also collect content you create: posts (text, photos, video), job listings and applications, urgent-help requests, chat (including photos, voice notes, and a location you share), reviews, reports, blocks, and mutes. For notifications we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token. Server logs may include IP address to operate and secure the service.
Use and sharing
We use this data to run your account, show your public profile as you configured it, match jobs and urgent help, send notifications, and review reports. We do not sell your data. We share it with hosting/database providers and Google (Sign-In and Firebase Cloud Messaging) on our instructions, or if required by law.
Location and media
Location is used only while the app is open: at registration, if you share a pin in chat, and to match nearby urgent help. We do not track you in the background. Camera is used when you take a photo; the photo library is used only for files you pick with the system picker; the microphone is used for voice messages.
Deletion and rights
You can update your profile and delete (disable) your account in Settings. To request deletion on the web, use the account deletion page. We may keep limited records for security or legal reasons. Contact us on WhatsApp +972 56 995 7891 or the message form.
