حذف حساب شُغل والبيانات المرتبطة به
هذه الصفحة خاصة بتطبيق شُغل / Shughl (للبالغين 18 سنة فأكثر). يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل البيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت.
كيف تطلب حذف الحساب
- من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب.
- أو راسل الإدارة على واتساب +972 56 995 7891 واكتب: حذف حساب شُغل.
- أو أرسل بريداً من نفس الإيميل المسجّل في شُغل إلى info@shughl.work.
- أو أرسل الطلب من نموذج الرسائل مع الاسم والبريد أو الهاتف المسجّل.
- نعالج الطلب خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد التأكد من ملكية الحساب.
ما يُحذف فوراً
الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، صور الملف والغلاف، النبذة، ملف العامل (مهن ومهارات وشهادات)، رمز الإشعارات، وجلسات الدخول. لا يمكن تسجيل الدخول بعد الحذف. يمكن إعادة استخدام نفس البريد أو الهاتف لحساب جديد.
ما قد يُبقى
نبقي سجل حساب مجهول الهوية (بدون اسم أو تواصل) حتى لا تنكسر منشورات أو شغل أو دردشة أو تقييمات تخص مستخدمين آخرين؛ تظهر منسوبة إلى «حساب محذوف». قد نحتفظ بسجلات أمنية أو قانونية محدودة (مثل عنوان IP) طالما يقتضي القانون أو أمان الخدمة، عادة حتى 90 يوماً إلا إذا فرض القانون مدة أطول.
Delete your Shughl account and associated data
This page is for the Shughl app (adults 18 and over). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Settings, then delete account.
- Or message the admin on WhatsApp +972 56 995 7891 with the subject Delete my Shughl account.
- Or email us from the address on your Shughl account: info@shughl.work.
- Or send the request from the message form with your registered name and email or phone.
- We process verified requests within 7 business days.
What is deleted immediately
Name, email, phone, profile and cover photos, bio, worker profile (professions, skills, certificates), notification token, and sign-in sessions. You cannot sign in after deletion. The same email or phone can be used for a new account.
What may be kept
We keep an anonymized account record (no name or contact details) so other users’ posts, jobs, chats, and reviews are not broken; they appear as “Deleted account”. We may keep limited security or legal logs (such as IP address) as long as needed for law or safety, typically up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law.
